WHAT IS THE CHILDREN POLICY?
- Children under 2 years old can enter for free but must sit on an adult's lap. Each adult must have a valid ticket, and only one child per adult is allowed.
ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE IN THE STADIUM?
- Yes, food and beverages are available at the stadium.
ARE TICKETS REQUIRED FOR THE POD?
- If you have a pod card, you do not need a separate ticket to access the venue.
I BOOKED SEATS IN THE WRONG SECTION, WHAT DO I DO?
- If you booked seats in the wrong section, your request for changes will go through an approval process for verification.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. You should present your reason for the request to PlatinumList customer support, where it will go through an approval stage.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKETS IN MY REGISTERED EMAIL, WHAT CAN I DO?
- If you haven't received your tickets via email, you should send your full name, phone number, and registered email address to PlatinumList Customer Support Team. This will allow the team to track your order and find out why the confirmation email wasn't received.
